Transform Your Property With A Skilled Remodeling Contractor In Littleton, CO

I’m not sure if my review can describe the appreciation and satisfaction of the work that Chris and his company, CH Remodeling did for our Full Remodel of our 1961 Mid-Century Ranch house. We bought the house from the original owner and nothing was updated. We still had blue bathrooms, 1961 wallpaper, tiles etc etc along with damage to flooding in our basement from the three day rain that we had back in June 2023. My husband and I have worked with many contractors and not one of them cared or worked as hard as CH Remodeling. This company is very detailed and got our entire house remodeled in less than 5 months, which I’ve seen my neighbors go through almost a year on just one room projects with their contractors. Chris had people at our house working everyday even on weekends. We didn’t have a choice but we lived through the remodel work and Chris was able to accommodate us while living there and all the remodeling being done, including a wall being taken down. As I have people asking me who we used for the remodeling, and I have to say my husband and I are very proud to say Chris with CH Remodeling and all the ones that work with him. All employed with Chris did an exceptional job and my husband I look forward to working with Chris/CH Remodeling on future projects. Thank you!

We are so happy with CH remodeling! From the very start through to completion, communication was excellent, forms and invoices were transparent and easy to use, and the kind personable nature of everyone involved was apparent. Right after submitting info to installation made easy through floor & decor, I received prompt but un-pushy communication from Karla which I really appreciated, and this lasted throughout the project. She was always available to talk through my questions. This was our first big home Reno project and it was great to see the floor materials in person at floor & decor with excellent support on the contractor side from CH. Dan was also very kind and informative, always willing to lend an ear and make sure we were on the same page and managing the on site installations. Edgar came out to quote both times and made the process feel really seamless. The floor installers were respectful, punctual, and did an INCREDIBLE job! We are floored (lol). Don’t hesitate to put your trust in this company. Thank you CH!

After a less than stellar experience with another contractor, we (luckily) found CH Remodeling and Home Repair. We don’t have the words to express our immense gratitude for the experience we had with our kitchen remodel. It was an extremely collaborative process, even more than we could’ve imagined, and we are so grateful for the time and hard work given by both Chris and Sean. They were so easy to work with, went above and beyond to educate us and discuss all of the little things (that matter). Every evening before they left, they would discuss what they worked on that day, addressed any concerns and then informed us of the next days work. The proof is in the final product, they are exceptional people and we’re already working on a bid for a bathroom remodel with them. Communication was easy, they arrived promptly each day and offered us advice and suggestions when needed. We overcame every obstacle and felt supported the entire process. This was a big transformation for us. We simply supplied the materials, but they really are the magicians! We finally have the kitchen of our dreams and we’re so grateful to have crossed paths with Chris/CH Remodeling and Home Repair.

CH remodeling redid our bathroom, removing an old bathtub and shower and installed a new tiled shower. They did the job quickly and worked very hard to fit into our short timeline. If something was not satisfactory, they corrected it. They were reasonably priced and good to work with.

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had working with a contractor. The responsiveness, attention to detail, and speed was second to none. I hired this company for two tiling jobs (detailed marble fireplace installation and bathroom floor install), and I will definitely be working with them in the future

Probably the best contractor experience ever in Denver where contractor scam is almost legal. It was headache free and smooth. Just wish it was a little more cost effective. But the ease of work with this company is remarkable.

I couldn’t be happier with the flooring job that Karla, Daniel, and Ruben and crew were able to execute in my home. I have a lot of experience working with contractors, and I always expect for contractors to over promise and under deliver. The opposite was true with CH Remodeling. They were able to complete the project in about 25% of the time that other contractors estimated, and the quality of the job was excellent.

Work done on time and on budget. Tile, electrical and plumbing are beautifully done. Tile in particular is a stand out, really excellent work. Just as we invisioned it. Crew was easy to work with, responsive to our needs and made some great recomendations that improved the project. Great work C&H Contracting!
